Drawing
I managed to do two long sessions of figure drawing. I showed my progression to A and it made me realize that there has been progress, after all, and that my skill significantly improves when I'm using softer materials (charcoal, mostly, but I should look for softer pencils) and have at least an A4 at my disposal. Distributing space is easier, I no longer find myself without space for the hands or feet, and I've learned that marking the head angle and neck really helps me draw better motions.
Japanese
I didn't practice Japanese at all this week. Did I have windows of time where I could've plugged in my Wacom and chugged away at it? Yes, definitely, I did spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for things to Happen and I could've entertained myself. But I didn't.
As I write this, I realize I could use my regular tablet where I read instead of my drawing tablet to make the kanji-ing a little less inconvenient. I will try this the upcoming week.
